Planning a luxury picnic should feel as effortless as the experience itself. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions to help you book with confidence and ease.

We are based in Simi Valley, California, and primarily serve the Ventura County area.
For locations outside Ventura County, additional travel fees may apply.


All bookings for Graceful Designz must be made directly through our website to ensure availability and a smooth scheduling process.

You’ll find an easy-to-use booking form where you can select your date, view pricing, and pay the required 50% non-refundable deposit online to secure your picnic.

Once your booking and deposit are received, we’ll confirm your reservation and begin crafting your custom luxury picnic experience.

Please note: We do not accept bookings via social media, email, or phone to keep scheduling clear and avoid double bookings.


Yes! Every picnic package from Graceful Designz includes fruit arrangement, bottled water, and non-alcoholic beverages to complement your experience.

For full meals, we proudly offer catering through our sister company, Graceful Taste Jamaican Cuisine. You can elevate your picnic with authentic Jamaican dishes, appetizers, or full catering packages upon request.

We’ll be happy to provide a menu and pricing when you book — just let us know you're interested in adding catering!


While we do our best to prepare for every event, Graceful Designz has no control over the weather. Because our picnic experiences are primarily outdoors, we closely monitor weather forecasts leading up to your event.

If inclement weather is expected, we offer the following options:

  1. A one-time reschedule within 60 days at no additional cost
     
  2. A move to an approved indoor location, if available
     

We understand that weather can be unpredictable, but we do not offer refunds in these situations. We are committed to working with you to ensure your experience is beautiful, safe, and stress-free — rain or shine.


Graceful Designz has a strict No Refund Policy. All payments are final.

This is because once a booking is confirmed, your payment is immediately allocated toward planning, supplies, labor, and time dedicated specifically to your event. Each picnic is custom-prepared with coordination that begins well before your date.

However, we do allow you to reschedule one time at no additional cost with at least 72 hours’ notice. The new date must be within 60 days and is subject to availability.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 72 hours of your event will result in the loss of payment, and a new booking will be required to reschedule.

If Graceful Designz cancels due to weather or an emergency on our part, your picnic will be rescheduled at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued.
