Welcome to Graceful Designz. By booking our picnic services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

**1. Booking & Payment**

* Small & Bestie Packages (1–5 guests): Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

* Group Packages (6+ guests): A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event.

* All payments are non-refundable. Funds are allocated immediately to planning, setup, time, and materials.

* Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without payment.

**2. Weather Policy**

* No refunds will be issued due to weather.

* We recommend having a backup indoor or covered location.

* Rescheduling due to weather is subject to availability and may incur additional setup or travel fees.

**3. Guest Responsibility**

* Clients are responsible for their guests’ behavior and safety.

* You will be held financially responsible for any damage to décor, inventory, or picnic equipment.

* Please ensure guests follow all guidelines provided during setup.

**4. Duration & Late Arrivals**

* Each picnic is reserved for a specific time window.

* If you arrive late, your event time will not be extended.

* Additional time must be arranged in advance and may include an extra fee.

**5. Setup & Breakdown**

* Graceful Designz handles all setup and takedown.

* Please arrive on time and remove all personal items at the end of your event.

* We are not responsible for any items left behind.

**6. Media & Content Use**

By booking with Graceful Designz, you agree that:

* We may photograph and/or record your picnic setup and event.

* Content may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

* You may not opt out unless agreed to in writing before booking.

* You will not be tagged or named without your written permission.

**7. No Show & Cancellation**

* No-shows result in complete forfeiture of payment.

* Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

* Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

**8. Liability Waiver**

* Graceful Designz is not liable for injuries, food allergies, insect bites, accidents, or lost belongings.

* Clients understand and accept the natural risks associated with outdoor events.

* Booking implies agreement to assume full responsibility for yourself and your guests.
